Video of a driver wreaking havoc in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province has gone viral. The 62-year-old driver, surnamed Yao, drove recklessly through an intersection, plowing an SUV into pedestrians and other vehicles before he was arrested and charged with endangering public security.
