China will attach great importance to fulfilling multilateral and bilateral economic and trade agreements reached with other countries and further facilitate the opening-up of its economy, said Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday in a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.
