Four soldiers died when their military helicopter crashed in a residential neighborhood of Istanbul on Monday. The helicopter went down when trying to make an emergency landing at a building complex. Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya said prosecutors and the Turkish military have launched separate investigations into the cause of the crash.
