Chinese baijiu, a distilled pungent white spirit, is the world’s most consumed form of liquor owning to its popularity in China. And some major distillers are looking to find international markets outside China, such as Luzhou Laojiao. CGTN visited the liquor maker in Luzhou City of Sichuan Province, its fermentation pits, and had the opportunity to taste their original baijiu-based cocktails that were created to help promote the spirit to a broader audience.
