A barefoot toddler emerged from a pickup truck after officers pulled over a couple of suspected shoplifters. She is seen making her way up the road as if she is surrendering while police aim their guns at the vehicle. However, the Florida police officer's body camera tells a less dangerous story as he can be heard comforting the child. Two men were arrested and later charged with theft but the officers allowed the mother to take care of the children.
