A volcano eruption-triggered tsunami has killed over 400 people in Indonesia and displaced about 22,000. Labuan, a coastal town in Banten Province, was among the hard-hit areas. Most of its residents were evacuated, but heavy rain and flooding still endanger those who stayed behind.
