Despite pressure from the U.S., many countries have started considering using Huawei technology. Reuters quotes sources saying Britain does not support a full ban of Huawei from national telecom networks. What are the risks for other businesses in countries that already have a deal with Huawei? Who would pay for any possible damages?  Andy Mok, a non-resident fellow at the Center for China & Globalization, shared his insights.
