Chinese Super League club Dalian Yifang continue their signing during the transfer window as the Ghana player Emmanuel Boateng completes his transition from Spanish La Liga club Levante on Wednesday.
Boateng, 22, who joined Levante in La Liga from Moireirense in the Portuguese topflight league last season, made 50 first-team appearances for Levante across La Liga and the Copa del Rey and scored eight times.
The fee Dalian paid for Boateng's signature hasn't been officially reported. However, according to the Spanish media, the La Liga club earned 11 million euros on the transfer of the player, which is the second highest transfer in Levante's history following Jefferson Lerma's 30 million euros move to Bournemouth this summer.
Boateng made his debut season in La Liga by scoring against both Real Madrid and Barcelona. The 22-year-old impressed the fans when Levante raced into a remarkable 5-4 victory over Barcelona by netting a hat-trick, ending Lionel Messi and his teammates' unbeaten La Liga season win on May 2018.

Boateng has expressed his profound gratitude to Levante after signing for the Chinese side.
"I want to thank God for the distance he has brought me, and also many thanks to Levante for the excellent moment we share. I'll treasure all the great memories I've worked here with you as a team. Thanks to all the fans for their support and love showed me," he tweeted.
"Despite how difficult it was for us, at least we were able to meet, overcome and maintain our goals as a club. I feel it is time for me to explore new challenges and my experience with diversity. I'm going to miss you all. I wish all my colleagues the best luck here in Levante," he continued.
Boateng will join former Napoli captain Marek Hamsik in Dalian.
