Five dead in coal mine gas explosion in central China

Five people were killed on Wednesday after a gas explosion in a coal mine in Shaodong County, central China’s Hunan Province, Xinhua news agency reported citing local authorities.
The accident took place at around 03:10 a.m. BJT in Baodianqunli Coal Mine Co., Ltd.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
