Chinese President Xi Jinping made an inspection tour to a hutong, or traditional alley, in central Beijing's Qianmen area ahead of Spring Festival. He visited local residents, community workers, deliverymen and dropped by a restaurant and extended Lunar New Year greetings to all Chinese people.
