Delivery boy breaks traffic rule to help elderly man, avoids fine

An elderly man was struggling to cross the road after he missed the green light in Nanping City in east China on April 21, 2019. As vehicles stopped and waited for him to cross the road, a delivery boy parked his bike at the crossing and helped the man over. The good deed earned the biker a reprieve from a traffic cop who said he would not impose a fine for illegal parking.
