One dead, 23 injured in oil tanker explosion in northern Iraq

One person has been killed and 23 others injured by an explosion at a Chinese refinery in Baiji, northern Iraq's province of Salahuddin on Saturday morning, according to the Iraqi Security Media Center. 
The Iraqi News said the oil tanker was hit by a roadside bomb and the victims were workers at the refinery.
The Chinese embassy has warned its citizens and organizations in Iraq to pay close attention to the situation and intensify security measures.
