The expo provides a more integrated and diversified platform for the industry. Behind the big stage, there is an experienced organizing committee who work really hard to try to make the exhibition an international platform to better serve media companies all over the world.

"The biggest difference is this year we emphasize more on integration, innovation and diversity," Li Qian, who has worked as the coordinator of publicity for the organizing committee for eight years, told CGTN.
"And we set up different pavilions in order to promote industry integration and provide a more comprehensive platform for communication.

"Take the Joint Exhibition Area for Translation & Dubbing Companies, for example, it is a great reflection of internationalization. And it is a great platform to let the Chinese story go out, let the outstanding overseas works come in, and it is a great platform to let cultures better integrate," Li added.
Worthy of mention is that this is the first event where China's major state-owned radio and TV broadcasters face the public together, as a collective team under the China Media Group after the merger in May.
