Rescuers managed on Saturday to pull up a tour boat that sank off the coast of Phuket, Thailand in July, killing 47 Chinese tourists. Professional teams from both China and Thailand will conduct further investigations on the "Phoenix" in order to confirm the exact cause that led to the tragedy.
