Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday boarded a ship in Jingzhou, central China's Hubei Province, and inspected the ecological environment and construction work along the Yangtze River. During the visit, Xi listened to reports about shipping and waterway regulations, river regime control projects, riverbank protection projects and regulations on illegal wharfs.
