A man who was galloping down a street in north China’s Baoding City in June, fell from his horse, got injured and had to be sent to the hospital. According to the police, the man had been fined for drink-driving three hours before the accident. He told the police at the time that he would ride a horse back instead of driving a car. He did make it, but only ended up injured and hospitalized.
