A hotel wall has collapsed during a wedding celebration in Peru, killing at least 15 people. Dozens of invitees who had been dancing were caught under the debris. At least 30 people were pulled from the rubble with injuries, and sent to hospital. Officials say heavy rain led to the crumbling of the structure.
