Chinese envoy: 'Let the truth speak' about alleged chemical attack

China's special envoy for Syria, Xie Xiaoyan, has urged the various sides to return to the negotiating table. Xie told the press in Moscow that China objects to any unilateral military actions on any country, without authorization of the UN Security Council.
When asked about China's view on a suspected chemical attack in the Syrian town of Douma, Xie said, "Let the truth speak."
