A skittish horse briefly halted the motorcade of Brazil's new President Jair Bolsonaro during his procession in Brasilia as part of his inauguration festivities on Tuesday. Bolsonaro and his wife, Michelle, were surrounded by dozens of guards on horses and plain-clothes bodyguards who ran beside their convertible car.
