Around 3 p.m. on March 19, a fire broke out near a factory building in Tangzhen Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. According to pictures provided by netizens, smoke billowed at the scene of the fire, leaping up over a dozen meters and diffusing into the sky. Several video clips posted online indicated that the smoke could be seen on the highway several kilometers away.
