Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha held a press conference in Phuket earlier on Monday. He said this disaster should bring about better regulation and standardized their work.
He said those who have made mistakes must take responsibility, saying Thailand has a good relationship with China and other nations.
Thailand must present a positive image to international society, he added.
