Cuba's 60th anniversary celebrations come amid change. Last month, the country's national assembly passed a new constitution and the Cuban citizens will be next to decide its fate in a referendum. The draft constitution includes a 10-year presidential term limit, with a maximum of two five-year terms. A president must be at least 35 years old when first taking office, but no older than 60 and the position of Prime Minister will be restored. These moves are to create a more collective leadership structure.
