Police and firefighters were searching for about 200 people missing after a tailings dam burst on Friday at an iron ore mine owned by Brazilian miner Vale SA in southwestern Minas Gerais state. The company's CEO said roughly 300 workers were on site at the time of the disaster. It's not yet clear why the dam ruptured.
