Robert Lawrence Kuhn, CGTN host for the weekly news show "Closer to China", is one of the 10 international recipients who were awarded friendship medals during the conference marking the 40th anniversary of China’s reform and opening-up. The award is dedicated to foreigners who have made outstanding contributions to China's reforms in the past decades.
