Three Vietnamese tourists and an Egyptian guide were killed, and at least 10 others injured when a roadside bomb hit a tour bus on Friday, according to officials.

The tour bus, with 14 Vietnamese onboard, was hit less than four kilometers from Egypt's world-famous Giza pyramids.

Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly visited the injured at the local hospital Friday night local time.

No immediate claim of responsibility was reported so far.
