Police, together with the staff of a wildlife rescue center rushed to the site where a snow leopard was spotted in Baicheng County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. “We are going to send it to the wildlife rescue center for treatment and observation. When it recovers, we will release it back into the wild,” said Abdurehim Memet, a policeman at forest police station under Baicheng County Public Security Bureau.
