Abdusalam scores 30 as Xinjiang remains unbeaten at home
Xinjiang's Abdusalam Abdurixit dropped a game-high 30 points as the Flying Tigers topped the Shenzhen Leopards 110-106 on Saturday to stretch their home win streak to 14 games.
The 2017 Chinese Basketball Association champions entered the half with a 58-49 lead over the visiting side and maintained the advantage to the final buzzer.
With the win, Xinjiang jumps to the fifth in the CBA standings ahead of the slumping Beijing Ducks.
The Leopards, who were on a five-game win streak before the loss, will next step on the court on January 10 against Jilin at home. Xinjiang will look to extend their streak on January 9 against Guangdong.
