Argentinian football legend Diego Maradona has reviewed Saturday's match at the World Cup between his country and Iceland that ended with a 1-1 draw. In his new show, "By The Hand of The Ten", Maradona talked about the style of play of Argentina, and the missed penalty by Captain Lionel Messi.
If there are any flaws in Messi's World Cup performance, it might be his failure to score penalty kicks last night. A 1-1 tie with impressive World Cup newcomer Iceland is far from a fatal blow to Argentina's chances of advancing from a well-balanced group that also includes Croatia and Nigeria.
Maradona said Messi has already given everything he can give to the team, noting that the Barcelona player was upset as he probably felt the match was closer to a loss than a draw.
