Paving process begins on 3.5-kilometer-long China-Laos railway bridge

The paving work for the longest bridge on the Chinese side of the China-Laos railway began on Saturday in Jinghong City of southwest China's Yunnan Province. The 3.5-kilometer-long Ganlanba Bridge will be supported by a total of 108 piers. Construction work on the bridge began in September 2016, and the paving process is scheduled to be completed by June this year.
