Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Moscow for a three-day state visit, where Russian President Vladimir Putin is hosting a welcome ceremony for him. President Xi's second stop will be St. Petersburg where he will be attending the 23rd International Economic Forum, which begins on June 6.
