A four-year-old girl was found hanging from the 6th floor of a residential building with her head stuck in a wire mesh in Yangjiang City, south China's Guangdong Province on August 21. She was playing in the balcony alone and got trapped in the wire mesh. Firefighters used hydraulic shears to break the wire mesh and the little girl was successfully rescued.
