At least 104 people have been killed and about 200 others hospitalized after drinking toxic liquor in India's northeastern state of Assam. State police said they have arrested one man for selling the liquor, and authorities said two excise department officials have been suspended for failing to take adequate precautions over the sale of the alcohol.
