A delay in the election in the Democratic Republic of Congo has sparked fury among voters. The head of the electoral commission announced that the polls, initially slated for Sunday, will be pushed back to December 30. The commission cited delays in replacing election materials destroyed in a fire last week but many in the capital Kinshasa are unconvinced.
