The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho will pay a visit to China, said a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tuesday.
At the invitation of Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Ri Yong Ho will visit China from December 6 to 8, according to Geng Shuang, the spokesperson.
"We believe that this visit will help further implement consensus reached by the two countries' top leaders and promote development of China-DPRK relations, which will also strengthen bilateral cooperation and communication on Korean Peninsular issues," Geng added.
