Lai Xiaomin, board chairman of China Huarong Asset Management Co. Ltd., has been expelled from the Communist Party of China (CPC) and dismissed from public office for "serious violation of Party disciplinary rules and law," said the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the National Supervisory Commission on Monday.
