PSG, Manchester United face UEFA charges for fan misconduct

Both Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) face an investigation from UEFA following crowd incidents in their Champions League game at Old Trafford on Tuesday night. 
Manchester United lost 2-0 at home to the PSG. Their fans threw objects, mainly targeting at the former Red Devils player Angel Di Maria, who had one disappointing season at Old Trafford, but impressed on Tuesday. 
The Argentine winger, who shone with two assists, was seen pretending to drink from a beer bottle thrown at him by the home fans.
The other charge against the Manchester United fans was blocking stairways.

Apart from throwing objects, PSG fans face charges of setting off fireworks,causing damage and crowd disturbance.
Sky Sports also reported that around 800 seats in the visitors' section suffered damage and netting to protect disabled fans in front of the away end was also ripped and torn by PSG supporters.  
UEFA said that its Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body will deal with the case on February 28.
Paris Saint-Germain will host Manchester United in the return leg at the Parc des Princes on March 6.
