China and India held the 21st round of border talks on November 23-24. The Special Representatives' level meetings were led by China's State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi and India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Monday that China and India have reached positive results on the boundary issue. Both sides will jointly move towards the settlement process of the boundary question and uphold peace and tranquility in the border areas.
