Video game publisher Bethesda has revealed the sixth installation of its Elder Scrolls series, along with more details on the just-announced Fallout 76.
The Elder Scrolls VI came as a surprise to many Bethesda fans and the gaming industry, who thought Fallout would be the only main character of the company's E3 show on Monday.
But Bethesda said almost nothing about the fantasy game, apart from the 40-second single-shot video that looks like an overview of some random landscape.
The series also got some new forms: A smartphone game called Blades and "a strategy card game" Legends.
The netgame Elder Scrolls Online is also getting a new expansion called "Summerset."

76 is not five

The Fallout games are named with numbers like the last one Fallout 4. So why Bethesda skipped 5 and so many other numbers to go straight for 76?
It not only because the game features "Vault 76," a kind of underground shelter for human to hide from nuclear wars (not real, just in the game), but also because this game is online.
You cannot play it on your own like the previous games.
The plot takes place in West Virgina in the US and the players are going to work together to survive a post-nuclear war environment.
It's still unclear how the players are going to interact online.
Other games that may interest you include:
- The new sci-fi title Starfield is a major thing that Bethesda hasn't been creating in two decades;
- The game Rage is getting a second version;
- Doom series is continued with a new "Eternal" installation;
- Same for Wolfenstein, a new sequal named "Youngblood;"
- The shooting classic Quake is getting a new game "Champions."
