December 3 marks "International Day of Persons with Disabilities." Chen Dengchao is a food deliveryman in southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality. Chen was struck by polio when he was 10 years old, which later paralyzed his left leg. He has tried various types of work to make a living, including fishing and repairing.
