Whooper swans' legs cannot support their body as they grow into adults, so they need large areas of water to live in. They spend a lot of time swimming and foraging on the water. Sanmenxia wetland is fed by the Yellow River with abundant resources. From October to March, more than ten thousands of swans fly over here, earning the city's nickname as “the City of Swans.” Previous
