Sri Lanka fell into political instability a month ago when its president replaced the prime minister without a vote. Since then parliament hasn’t functioned and the country has been at a standstill. Parliament started up again on Thursday as ordered by the country’s Supreme Court but the unstable situation continues. CGTN correspondent Shweta Bajaj has the latest.
