Kim Jong Un has arrived by train in eastern Russia for a long-anticipated summit meeting with President Vladimir Putin in Vladivostok. Kim crossed the DPRK border and reached the Russian city of Khasan Wednesday morning.The DPRK's state news agency says Kim travelled on his private train. Kim and Putin reportedly will discuss the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
