Another Chinese Red Notice fugitive turns himself in

Yuan Guofang, one of China's most wanted fugitives, turned himself into police on Tuesday, the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission said on Wednesday.

Yuan, who fled abroad in 1994, is accused of corruption and was issued a Red Notice by Interpol in October 2003.

Yuan is a former official of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Zhejiang Provincial Branch.
