Cesc Fabregas scored his 50th Premier League goal to guide Chelsea to a crucial 1-0 away win over Swansea on Saturday.
The victory at the Liberty Stadium kept the Champions League hopes alive for the Blues as they have moved up to two points, behind fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur with three matches remaining in the season. Spurs, however, have a game in hand as they will take on Watford on Monday.
In-form Eden Hazard was in a brilliant form throughout the match and played a crucial role in the all-important goal scored by Fabregas with a curling finish.

Meanwhile, Swansea are now only a point ahead of Southampton in the relegation zone and will travel to Bournemouth next Saturday.
