A frozen waterfall outside of a residential building has caught the eyes of passersby in Jilin City, northeast China's Jilin Province, recently. According to the residents, this astonishing frozen waterfall was formed after a solar water heater on the roof began to leak. With temperatures of -12 ℃, the deep freeze is likely to continue. However, the owner of the solar water heater has yet to be found.
