A Jordanian geophysicist has transformed a 60-million-year-old cave into a restaurant. George Haddadin decided it was the best way to get people to come and learn about its unique history. He estimates the cave to be 60 to 65 million years old. And this one was discovered by the restaurant owner, underneath land where he planed to build a house for his family. Now Haddadin wants to teach more Jordanians and tourists about its unique history while they enjoy a bite to eat amid its rocky walls.
