The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping in the autumn of 2013. Five years have passed, it continues to offer a fresh impetus to regional cooperation among Asia, Europe, and Africa, as well as other areas while bringing tangible benefits to the people in all BRI countries.
The second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) will take place this April and all eyes will be on Beijing for the event.
