Venezuelans have once again taken to the streets to protest deteriorating conditions, after a month of battling power cuts and severe water shortages. Rival protests filled the streets of Venezuela's capital as opposition leader Juan Guaido has called for national demonstrations to put pressure on Maduro's government. CGTN's Juan Carlos Lamas filed this report from Caracas.
