Elon Musk has apologized for using the word "pedo" to describe the British diver involved in the Thailand cave rescue on July 18. Diver Vern Unsworth accused Musk's plan to send a small submarine to rescue the 12 Thai football players as being a "PR stunt” as the device was unsuitable for the rescue attempt and not used. Musk says Unsworth's criticism upset him, but he should not have branded him as pedophile.
