Russian President Vladimir Putin answered questions about China’s high-speed railway network from a Chinese netizen during an annual Q&A session broadcast live on Thursday. The 15-year-old boy asked the president if he had taken a high-speed train in China. Putin, who is set to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in east China's Qingdao, said he is planning to take a ride alongside Chinese President Xi Jinping.
